At Liefjes & Co, we do everything we can to deliver your order to your home quickly and safely. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship our orders with reliable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected.

Free shipping applies only within the Netherlands on orders of €20 or more.

For orders below this amount, we charge a small shipping fee.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can easily follow your parcel. This confirms that your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by country and depend on local postal services, carriers and customs procedures.

Any customs inspections, import duties or taxes are outside our responsibility and are payable by the recipient. These costs do not entitle you to a return, refund or chargeback.

Missing, Damaged or Undelivered Orders

Is your order damaged or incomplete? Please report this within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos and your order details.

Please note:

Damage to the packaging alone does not entitle you to a replacement if the product itself is intact.
If tracking shows the parcel as “delivered”, responsibility lies with the recipient.
First check with neighbours, other members of your household or a collection point.
In this situation, you must submit a claim to the carrier yourself if necessary.
Unfortunately, claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may no longer be fully investigated.
