Shipping & Track & Trace

We ship our orders with reliable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary per country and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50.
Below this amount, we charge a small shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. With this, you can easily follow your package. This serves as confirmation that your order is on its way.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times per country may vary and depend on local delivery services and customs processes.

Any customs inspections, import duties, or taxes are beyond our responsibility and are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs do not entitle you to a return, refund, or chargeback.

Missing, damaged, or not received

Is your order damaged, incomplete, or not received? Please report this within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos and your order details.

Important:

Damaged packaging alone does not entitle you to a replacement if the product itself is intact.
If the track & trace status is "delivered", the responsibility lies with the recipient.
In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier yourself.
Claims made later than 7 days after delivery will not be processed.

Changing or canceling an order

Would you like to change or cancel your order? This is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, changing or canceling is unfortunately no longer possible.

Processing orders

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

The track & trace confirmation serves as proof of shipment. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms and conditions.
