At Liefjes & Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Is your order not quite what you expected? We are happy to help.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging
• Products with signs of use, damage, or incomplete contents may be refused

Notification & Inspection

Would you like to return a product? Please contact us first via:

Please include your order number and reason for return, and attach clear photos if necessary.

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected within 5–7 business days.
You will then receive notification regarding the outcome.

Costs & Shipping

• Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
• Products must be returned in full and in their original condition
• Bundles or sets must be returned in full and not individually

Any delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our responsibility and are not a valid reason for return.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Once approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order.
Direct exchanges of products are not possible.

Refusal of returns

Liefjes & Co reserves the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions, such as:

• Products that have been used
• Incomplete return shipments
• Returns outside the timeframe
• Returns sent to an incorrect address

Refused returns can be sent back at the customer's expense.
